I hate annoying co-workers. I’ve got one! She sits in the cubicle next to me, and from time to time feels like talking. That wouldn’t be so bad except that she has no idea when to shut up, and apparently feels like I have no work to do. She just keeps talking about whatever she feels like. She giggles after everythign she says. Whats worse is that when she’s done talking she stares at me for the requisite response. A simple head-nod isn’t enough. She wants me to verbally respond to every sentence. I think it would be amusing if half her internal organs were removed, and the other half doubled in size. Yes.. that would do nicely.
Brian – Sorry I haven’t called but as you can see in my earlier post, I'[ve been dead recently. I’m alive now though so I’ll try to get a hold of you.

You should try addressing the problem….
by telling her, in a nice but firm way, to stop. Such as: “Excuse me, would you mind SHUTTING THE HELL UP BEFORE MY BRAIN OOZES OUT OF ITS CAVITY AND RAMS MY ENRAGED REPTILIAN CEREBELLUM DOWN YOUR SOUL!!!!! Thanks. Pass me the stapler?”
Annoying co-worker
The honest truth is that I think she has a big crush on you if she keeps bugging you. If not, well you could also tell her gently you’re not interested in talking to her. Hopefully that would do the trick.
